You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@auravia.co within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
